Adrift Policies

CANCELLATIONS / NO SHOWS

Your appointments are very important to the Adrift team, and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes schedule adjustments are necessary; therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations & rescheduling.


Please understand that when you forget about or cancel your appointment without giving enough notice, we miss the opportunity to fill that appointment time, and guests on our waiting list miss the opportunity to receive services. Our appointments are confirmed 72 hours in advance because we know how easy it is to forget an appointment you booked months ago. 

Because services are reserved for you personally, a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled services will automatically be charged to your credit card on file for all missed, cancelled, and rescheduled appointments without a 24 hour notice.

If you are running late to your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you. However, do to scheduling, we may need to adjust your service. If you are more than 15min late, you will be marked as a no show and 50% of your service will automatically be charged to your card on file.

CREDIT CARD REQUIRED

​A credit card is required to be held on file in order to schedule any appointment.  Your credit card will be charged automatically for any cancellations or no shows without a 24hr notice. Sickness, covid related situations, school cancellations, and weather forecast do not excuse this policy. Clients with an expired credit card on file will be contacted to pay and will not be serviced until the fee has been paid. By scheduling an appointment, you are agreeing to our cancellation policy. Late arrivals are still responsible to pay the full price of the service.

REFUNDS

We DO NOT offer refunds of any kind. If for whatever reason you are unhappy with your service,

please notify Adrift within 7 days of your appointment.

All products purchased are considered final sale and will not be returned or exchanged.


 

PAYMENT & PRICING

Adrift accepts payment in the form of: Cash, Check, Venmo, Apple/Google Pay, or Credit Card.

There is a $25 returned check fee. Prices are subject to change without notice and may vary by stylist seen.

 

In addition to stylists expertise level, all hair pricing is based on length and texture of hair. 

We no longer accept gratuity on credit cards. Service providers will graciously accept gratuity in the form of Cash or Venmo.

GIFT CERTIFICATES

Gift Certificates are non-refundable and will not be replaced if lost or stolen. 

Gift Certificates may only be redeemed on full price services. May NOT be redeemed with any other special or discounted service. Valid towards services with select stylists, may NOT be redeemed with Booth Renter Stylists.

Gift certificates are purchased by a monetary amount and will be deducted from service price. Due to service price increases an additional balance may be due at time of service.

CONSIDERATIONS

For the consideration of our guests and the safety of your children, all children visiting Adrift must be 

accompanied by an adult at all times. Only children receiving services will be allowed on Salon floor.
