Can I add a gratuity to my credit card?

We no longer accept gratuity on credit cards. Service providers will graciously accept gratuity in the form of cash or personal Venmo!

However, Adrift accepts service payments in the form of: Cash, Check, Venmo, Apple/Google Pay, or Credit Card. 

There is a $25 returned check fee.

What is your cancellation policy?

Your appointments are very important to the Adrift team and are reserved especially for you. We understand that sometimes scheduling adjustments are necessary! Therefore, we respectfully request at least 48 hours notice for all cancellations & rescheduling.

All appointments canceled without a 24-hour notice are subject to a cancellation fee of 50% of scheduled service. All fees are automatically charged to the credit card held on file.

Can I bring my child to my appointment?

For the consideration of our guests and the safety of your children, only children receiving services will be allowed on the salon floor.

What if I'm running late to my appointment?

​

If you are running late to your appointment, we will try our best to accommodate you. However, due to scheduling, we may need to adjust your service. If you are more than 15 minute late, you will be marked as a no show and 50% of your service will automatically be charged to your card on file.
